Terms and conditions of use

1.) .ingBy.Us remains rights of all content. “Provided by” information will be included for each company. (you look here” light.ingby.us - at very bottom to see what we mean)

2.) All images uploaded to us, remain ours to use how we see fit, most of the time we use them to post on our main site to promote you satellite site or information. Or for any other reason we haven’t mentioned here.

3.) Your contact information is kept private, we do not sell your information to marketing lists. From time to time we will email you about what’s going on inside the “.ingBy.Us family”. We want to build an online community for business owners to communicate with each other and build a business network.

4.) Text content (i.e. posts on main site and all sub-domains) will be kept up as long as possible until unforeseen reasons cause otherwise.

5.) WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE TO ANYONE FOR ANY REASON WE SEE FIT.

6.) If we are going to make any changes to an existing client’s information, we try to allow at least 30-days notice, but we reserve the right to cancel any account for any reason with-out notice.

7.) We reserve these rights because of spam, porn sites, and other unforeseen possible problems. If your site follows our Nothing By Us guidelines we intent to provide the best possible service for you.

8.) POSSIBLE REASONS FOR CANCELING OR DENYING ACCOUNT

• Spam (pharmaceuticals, Pills, adult content, spam mail, adult dating services, unethical sites or content, etc.)
• Adult content, nudity, etc.
• Hate, Racism or Religious hate, etc.
• If we we get complaints from visitors, members, clients, etc.
• For any other reason that has been unforeseen or unlisted here.

9.) IF WE CANCEL YOUR ACCOUNT BEFORE THE END OF YOUR ACCOUNT TERM

There are a few scenarios that can happen, to name a few :
• If you pay us for a term (example: 1 year) and you end up trying to spam or use adult content, or any other thing that ends up causing problems for us or our members. WE WILL NOT REFUND ANY MONEY AND CANCEL THE ACCOUNT.
• If you pay us for a term (example: 1 year) and you follow our guidelines and do not cause problems for us or members, and we end up canceling your account, or are unable to continue to host your account, we will refund your unused portion minus registration fees and set-up fees.
• If you cancel your account, you must give 30 days notice or THERE ARE NO REFUNDS.
